FOURTH
NATIONAL LEVEL
SHORT FILM AWARDS

  • ONE POSTERS (Without any laurel of any Award Functions).

  •  YOUTUBE TRAILER LINK Min 30 Seconds to Max 60 Seconds Only (If Available, Not Mandatory).

  • COMPLETE FILM (YOU TUBE / GOOGLE DRIVE LINK)

  • ARTIST LIST and TECHNICIAN LIST.

  • A SHORT SUMMARY or SYNOPSIS of the FILM.

  • ONE PHOTOGRAPH of DIRECTOR and ONE PHOTOGRAPH of PRODUCER or PRODUCTION LOGO.

  • EVERY FILM TEAM GET EXCLUSIVE ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE AFTER REGISTRATION.

Rules & Regulations for
FOURTH
NATIONAL LEVEL
SHORT FILM AWARDS

  • All INDIAN SHORT FILMS in all INDIAN REGIONAL LANGUAGES released from 2013 - 2023 and unreleased SHORT FILMS are ACCEPTED 

  • ENGLISH SHORT FILMS are ACCEPTED and SILENT FILMS are ACCEPTED under SPECIAL CATEGORY.

  • MOBILE SHORT FILMS are also accepted.

  • There is NO TIME LIMIT and NO THEME RESTRICTIONS on SHORT FILMS.

  • SUB TITLES is not MANDATORY.

  • The THIRD IFH NATIONAL LEVEL SHORT FILM CONTEST is both ONLINE and OFFLINE EVENT.

  • AWARDS and CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED in the THIRD IFH NATIONAL LEVEL SHORT FILM AWARDS which will be held in Bangalore.

  • Contestants who submitted your films for IFH NATIONAL LEVEL SHORT FILM AWARDS earlier are eligible to participate in THIRD IFH NATIONAL LEVEL SHORT FILM AWARDS with NEW SHORT FILMS.

  • All below listed category SHORT FILMS will be eligible to win the MAIN AWARD TITLE and CASH PRIZE.

  • EVERY LANGUAGE SHORT FILMS will be AWARDED separately and each language will have 3 WINNERS.

  • MOBILE SHORT FILMS will be AWARDED SEPERATE.

  • SILENT SHORT FILMS will be AWARDED SEPERATE.

  • ANIMATION SHORT FILMS will be AWARDED SEPERATE.

  • EXPERIMENTAL and SOCIAL AWARNESS SHORT FILMS will be AWARDED SEPERATE.

JURY for

SHORT FILM AWARDS

  • 2 FILM MAKERS (DIRECTORS) from INDIAN FEATURE FILMS will the FIRST JURY and names of respective JURY will be announced 7 days before the AWARD CEROMONY.

  • 2 ACTORS, 2 CINEMATOGRAPHER and 2 EDITORS from INDIAN FEATURE FILMS will be the SECOND JURY who will review and judge the BEST SHORT FILMS.

  • 2 BEST SHORT FILM DIRECTORS of (Either SEASON 1 or SEASON 2 WINNERS under BEST DIRECTOR / BEST FILM) will be the THIRD JURY who will review and judge the BEST SHORT FILMS.

  • IFH ORGANISER will be the FOURTH JURY who will be reviewing your SHORT FILMS.

  • OUR CORE SPONSORS will be the FIFTH JURY who will be reviewing your SHORT FILMS.

THE MOST DESERVING SHORT FILMS WILL BE AWARDED with the WINNING TITLE and CASH PRIZE with the COMPLETE MARKS SHEET of the respective SHORT FILMS will be published in our OFFICIAL INSTAGRAM WEBSITE.

Benefits of
FOURTH
NATIONAL LEVEL
SHORT FILM AWARDS 2023

  • AWARD (FIRST, SECOND and THIRD PLACE) and CERTIFICATE is UNIQUE for EVERY LANGUAGE and also will be AWARDED for both ARTISTS and TECHNICIANS.

  • WINNERS will be SELECTED based on the MOVIE MAKING, ARTISTS PERFORMANCE, CAMERA WORK, SCRIPT, STORY and TECHNICALITIES and DESERVING WINNERS will be awarded. 

  • BEST FILM will be AWARDED with 1,50,000/- CASH PRIZE for FIRST, SECOND and THIRD PLACE in total including all CATEGORY.

  • 5 BEST FILMS UNDER EACH language will be RELEASED in OTT PLATFORM [Under Best Short Films of INDIA category], and the films will also be Paid for the same during its streaming (This BENIFIT is applicable only for the NON - RELEASED SHORT FILMS).

  • EVERY FILM Registered will have the PAID PREMIER SHOW where your SHORT FILM will have exclusive ONLINE PREMIERE and where you can also earn for your FILM EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE.

  • FIVE FILM TEAMS exclusively SHORTLISTED by the IFH TEAM get COMPLETE PRODUCTION for SHORT FILM which will be released in our designated OTT PLATFORM.

  • 3 BEST SHORT FILMS will be AWARDED under REGIONAL LANGUAGE CATEGORIES, SILENT FILM CATEGORIES, ANIMATION FILM CATEGORIES, SOCIAL and EXPERIMENTAL CATEGORIES.
