1. Please note that you cannot book anymore additional tickets once this form is submitted and hence if you wish to buy anymore additional tickets first proceed to book tickets and then submit THE TICKET GENERATION FORM.
2. If you have taken the HOTEL ACCOMMODATION with IFH mention the same and also make sure you get HA DETAILS before submitting the TICKET GENERATION FORM.
3. Please reconfirm the TOTAL NUMBER OF CATEGORIES your film won and also make sure you enter the details on TOTAL AMOUNT paid for the WINNING CERTIFICATE FRAMES. If you are still not aware of this information, please WHATSAPP for additional information.
4. FOOD TOKENS for SOUTH INDIAN & NORTH INDIAN category is available and book the total FOOD TOKENS required for your team and mention the same information in the form correctly.
5. Mention the total number of categories your FILM IS NOMINATED with their NAMES correctly and it cannot be altered or resubmitted again.
6. MENTION THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TICKETS booked by your team CORRECTLY and also the NAMES of the PERSON ATTENDING THE EVENT for RESPECTIVE TICKETS BOOKED.
7. You can participate in the AWARD CEREMONY to collect the AWARDS only for your SHORT FILM and you cannot collect other SHORT FILM AWARDS in their absence in order to avoid fake authority of respective short films,
8. Only the teams with the FILM NAME MENTIONED in the respective ticket can replace your DIGITAL TICKET by IDENTITY CARD and enter the AWARD CEREMONY. 
9. Dress code will be mentioned with your digital ticket and it it completely the respective film team decision to follow the same. 
10. OUTSIDERS are strictly not allowed and there will be no DIRECT ENTRY to the AWARD CEREMONY.
11. AWARD CEREMONY will be from 9 am to 9 pm respectively and we suggest the FILM TEAM to wait until the entire event is COMPLETED and not to leave the venue immediately after collecting your AWARDS.
12. All other information will be shared with your DIGITAL TICKET which will be shared once you submit THE TICKET GENERATION FORM.
