1. Apart from FREE ACCOMODATION and FOOD IFH will also PROVIDE PAYMENT for each ASSISTANT and ASSOCIATE DIRECTORS based on their PROFILE.
2. Payments will be paid only after the agreement period is completed and if incase anyone leave the team in between will not be eligible for the PAYMENTS.
3. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR will be paid a sum of 20,000 (For SIX MONTHS) once the project is RELEASED as a TOKEN of APPRECIATION for your dedication and work.
4. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR will be paid a sum of 40,000 (For SIX MONTHS) once the project is RELEASED as a TOKEN of APPRECIATION for your dedication and work.
5. The above mentioned payment is fixed for all the ASSISTANTS and ASSOCIATES and if in case any loss or damage to film is caused will be deducted from the above mentioned PAYMENT.
