TRAVELLING BENEFITS :
1. IFH is providing travelling facility for all the teams where exclusive transportation will be provided from KERALA, TAMIL NADU, ANDHRA PRADESH, TELANGANA and MAHARASHTRA.
2. EXCLUSIVE BUS FACILITY is provided for all IFH FILM COMMUNITY TEAM which includes PICK UP and DROP from respective states which will be completely free for 2 MEMBERS and additional members can book seat at just 300/- per head (includes both pick up and drop).
3. Anybody who don't wish to join IFH FILM COMMUNITY but still want to use the travelling benefit can just pay 350/- per head (includes both pick up and drop) from respective state.
4. Exclusive BUS FACILITY is provided for SHORT FILM TEAMS and only those who have booked tickets in PRIOR can use our travelling facility, Outsiders are strictly not allowed.

KERALA : 50 seats
ANDHRA PRADESH : 50 seats
TELANGANA : 50 seats
MAHARASHTRA : 50 seats
(ALL OTHER STATES TRAIN FACILITY WILL BE PROVIDED, based on availability)
5. This is not mandatory and film teams who wish to have safe and secure journey with INDIAN FILM HOUSE can proceed booking with us and those who wish to travel by your own we wish you a safe journey.
ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS :
IFH is providing exclusive 3 STAR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION at very reasonable prize.
1. BEST AC FAMILY HOTEL ACCOMMODATION will be provided within the city and near by to the event locations.
2. HOTEL NAME & LOCATION will be shared 10 days before the event.
3. FREE WIFI and FREE BREAK FAST INCLUDED.
SHARING ROOM : 700/- Per Person
(Sharing rooms will be provided for contestants who wish to book rooms individually)
One AC ACCOMMODATION ROOM : 999/-
(7 rooms available and maximum 3 PERSONS can accommodate)
4. Contestants who book HOTEL ACCOMMODATION with IFH will also get free travelling facility from
HOTEL to EVENT VENUE and also from EVENT VENUE back to HOTEL after the EVENT.
5. If any CONTESTANT from your team avail the IFH FILM COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP you will get 50% off from the ACCOMMODATION CHARGES and REFUND is innitiated to MAXIMUM for 3 MEMBERS ACCOMMODATION.
REFUNDS on EVENT TICKETS :
1. Any Contestant who avail IFH FILM COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP will also get 50% off on your TOTAL TICKET BOOKING .
2. EVERY FILM TEAM also get a FREE FILM SUBMISSION for OTT PLATFORM where you will also earn 70% of the total viewing benefits for your SHORT FILM.
