HOTEL
ACCOMODATION 


1. Contestants who take HOTEL ACCOMODATION with us will also be provided with FREE TRANSPORTATION from HOTEL to EVENT VENUE and again from EVENT VENUE BACK TO HOTEL.
2. ALL ROOMS are FAMILY ROOMS and AC ACCOMODATION ROOMS.
3. We suggest you to CARRY any 1 ORIGINAL GOVERNMENT ID during the CHECK-IN to the HOTEL.
4. ONLY 50 ROOMS AVAILABLE and once the rooms are booked no more ACCOMODATION FACILITY will be provided by us.
5. HOTEL DETAILS will be shared 1 days before the arrival. 
6. You can book HOTEL ACCOMODATION for 1 day, 2 days or maximum of 3 days with us. 
7. TRANSPORTATION FACILITY will be provided only for the CONTESTANTS who are under IFH ACCOMODATION within the 50 ROOMS.


IF you are travelling alone from DIFFERENT STATE and wish to book HOTEL ROOM:

1. FOR SHARING ROOM where you will be SHARING YOUR ROOM with other POET travelling from different state (Room charges for 24 hours) : 900/- PER DAY
2. If you wish to book ONE COMPLETE ROOM - ROOM CHARGES will be 1600/- PER DAY
IF you are TWO MEMBERS from the same family and wish to book HOTEL ROOM:


1. FOR ONE FAMILY ROOM  - ROOM CHARGES will be 1600/- PER DAY
(2 MEMBERS)
Maximum 3 MEMBERS can stay in ONE ROOM.

1. FOR COMPLETE FAMILY ROOM  - ROOM CHARGES will be 2000/- PER DAY
(3 MEMBERS) 
Please book the room as per your comfortability and IFH will be providing free travelling facility from HOTEL to VENUE and also from VENUE to HOTEL.

HOTEL will be near to KSR RAILWAY STATION and also KSRTC MAIN BUS STAND.
